Additionally, you will use internal and customer data to optimize plans and support joint initiatives with strategic customers. How you will contribute Plan and manage the end-to-end order process for your customer portfolio. Proactively communicate anticipated service shortages to optimize on-shelf availability. Work with the stock fulfillment team to ensure high standards of order accuracy, process conformance, and timeliness across all customer order management processes. Collaborate with customers, Logistics Operations, Warehouses, and Hauliers to optimize deliveries, minimum order quantities, and vehicle utilization. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to book orders for a smoothed delivery profile, manage late loads, cancellations, and uplifts, reducing costs and ensuring audit compliance. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the supply chain and implement solutions with key stakeholders. Drive best practice processes across customer service teams and represent customers within the wider customer service and logistics functions.
