We are looking for a talented and results-driven SEO / PPC Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in driving both organic growth and paid advertising success for our diverse client base across various sectors.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising comprehensive SEO and paid media strategies that achieve measurable results for our clients.
SEO Expertise:- Developing and delivering SEO strategies that achieve measurable results.
- Conducting technical SEO audits and producing recommendations.
- Optimising on-page content and developing keyword strategies.
- Collaborating on content creation and optimisation with internal and external teams.
- Applying strong knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO best practices, including international SEO and hreflang implementation.
- Performing competitor analysis to identify opportunities and benchmark performance.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Utilising tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Planning, managing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). LinkedIn Ads experience is a bonus!
- Developing strong audience targeting, retargeting, and full-funnel strategies.
- Managing campaign tracking, conversions, leads, and performance analysis using tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Looker Studio.
- Creating compelling ad copy and briefing creative requirements in collaboration with the wider team.
- Monitoring KPIs, providing regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Managing budgets and forecasting campaign performance.
- Ideally, 2+ years of experience in an SEO and/or paid media role within an agency environment or equivalent.
- Exceptional communication skills – confident in clearly explaining complex strategies and results to clients and internal teams, whether discussing technical audits or campaign performance.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering SEO and paid media strategies that achieve measurable results.
- Strong technical knowledge and a passion for delivering outstanding digital marketing projects.
- A results-driven mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a knack for bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns effectively, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
