You will be pivotal in developing and improving their software development and deployment processes. This is a hands-on role requiring competent, well-documented, and executed development procedures. Regular product demos within internal teams are expected.
Main Responsibilities:
- Document the design of the code used to produce applications and keep this documentation up to date.
- Correct current and previous code for mistakes.
- Suggest new approaches/products and stay informed about road map plans.
- Ensure all code is backed up daily.
- Attend and actively participate in development meetings.
- Give product demos to internal teams where necessary.
- Contribute to software release notes.
- Log all tasks in the development ticketing software and ensure they are actioned according to the development processes.
- Upgrade existing greenfield projects.
