Are you an experienced and motivated leader with a passion for student success and data excellence? We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to lead our Enrolment team within the Student Information Services directorate. This is a key role that supports the student journey from enrolment through to achievement, ensuring a high-quality, customer-focused experience for all stakeholders. As Team Leader, you will work closely with curriculum teams and support staff to manage student data and administrative processes, drive improvements in data quality, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also play a vital role in training and supporting staff, transforming business operations, and maintaining high service standards. This is a fixed term contract for up to 12 months Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Enrolment team to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service. Collaborate with curriculum areas to support student data and administrative processes. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of student data throughout the student lifecycle. Monitor and improve data quality and compliance with relevant regulations and legislation. Provide training and guidance to support staff on data systems and processes. Produce and deliver reports to support decision-making and performance monitoring. Drive continuous improvement in business operations and service delivery. Ensure team performance meets agreed service standards, KPIs, and SLAs. Promote and uphold equal opportunities, health and safety, and safeguarding policies. Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within an administrative or data-focused environment. Strong understanding of student data systems and regulatory requirements in education. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data handling and reporting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and continuous improvement. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders. Knowledge of safeguarding, equality and diversity, and health and safety practices.
