Responsibilities (Text Only) – Talent Strategy Development: Responsible for translating global talent management strategies into actionable plans tailored to the specific needs of the region or function. – Program Design & Implementation: Manage and implement the talent management ROB and initiatives aligned with the Central MCAPS TM + OD Team. – Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor and partner to the HR Director and senior leadership in region. Collaborate and enable broader business leaders, HR teams and other stakeholders such as GTA to achieve alignment, overcome barriers, and ensure the overall success of talent initiatives. – Talent Pooling & Succession Planning: Know the talent and work with senior leaders to ensure effective succession planning for critical leadership and mission critical roles in the region. – Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse data to help drive providing insights to inform talent management decisions. – Leadership Development: Contribute to the development of leadership capabilities within the organisation, ensuring leaders are equipped to drive business success.
