I have worked with this client for nearly 20 years…… they are looking for a pragmatic structured recruitment professional to support the delivery of their Early Careers Programmes (Undergraduates, Graduates and Apprentices) for a 12-18 month ftc. This is an exciting fast paced environment involving a broad range of activities primarily including recruitment and assessment. You will have a brilliant opportunity to play an active role in the delivery of the UK Early Careers Programme (ECP) recruitment strategy; Delivery of \”virtual\” assessment centres, including the training of managers involved in recruitment process Act as the HR point of contact for all undergraduate and/or summer placement queries in the lead up to and during their programmes Responsible for ensuring the careers website and the ATS/HR platform is maintained Support and lead \”Assessment Day Leads\” On-boarding – facilitating the integration of new programme participants including pre-joining activities and inductions. Pastoral care for placement students Deliver presentations You will need the following experience:- First and foremost, they need someone who has the drive and dedication to succeed coupled with an enthusiasm for early careers recruitment with the ability to travel and do whatever is needed. Experience and understanding of Early Careers recruitment Experience and understanding of an annual volume rotation Possess previous HR/Onsite experience within a recruitment/resourcing function. Strong problem solving, analytical and reporting skill Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Understand and have a working knowledge of current HR legislation and policies Microsoft office experience: intermediate Excel skills, plus proficient user of PowerPoint and Word Excellent PC skills – MS Office, Recruitment systems experience desirable In return they offer a salary of £45-50,000 plus bonus and great benefits For more information, please send your cv IND2 #J-18808-Ljbffr
