Our client is looking for an outstanding individual to support 2 MDs.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Extensive diary and inbox management, frequently handling schedule conflicts and forward planning to anticipate ever-changing agendas!
- Extensive meeting organisation, coordinating conference calls as well as client hospitality
- Global travel arrangements, preparing detailed itineraries, expenses
- Committee/Board support
- Building and maintaining effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing/amending various reports and presentations
After 6 months, role will go 4 days in office, 1 WFH day.

- Solid CV! Must have worked at MD level upwards, on a 1:1/1:2 basis within wealth management
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-achieving environment
- Very strong relationship building skills
