Profiles Creative are hiring an Account Director for a unique agency that combines creative design and production services all under one roof. On the back of new client wins, they are looking to hire an AD with knowledge of both production and creative to be in line with the services they offer. You will be working with various clients, with a main focus on a new key account; if you have finance industry experience, this is a plus. This is a hybrid remote role, 3 days in London. You will be the first hire into a new CS division, with longer-term scope to build a team alongside.

We are seeking someone that is comfortable with driving new business initiatives and has proven experience in doing so.

The Role:

  • Own the Day-to-Day: Take full responsibility for account operations—delegate smartly and keep everything running smoothly, from status meetings to timelines and client requests.
  • Drive New Business: Lead the creation of compelling, strategic new business proposals with senior team input.
  • Lead Timelines: Own all timing plans and guide the team through every stage of the project lifecycle.
  • Keep Projects on Track: Ensure every project hits deadlines and stays within budget.
  • Juggle with Precision: Manage multiple projects proactively, lead effectively, and prioritise what matters most.
  • Craft Killer Presentations: Deliver polished, client-ready decks with input from across the team.
  • Spot Growth Opportunities: Identify and sell in new opportunities within existing accounts; champion cross-capability collaboration.
  • Lead Winning Pitches: Head up pitch responses and RFIs/RFQs, involving the right experts at every step.
  • Shape Strategy: Contribute to and lead the development of smart, forward-thinking strategies.
  • Deliver with Excellence: Own the final delivery—on time, in full, on budget.
  • Partner with Production: Build realistic timelines and troubleshoot with the Production team to keep everything on course.
  • Know the Process: Bring deep knowledge of multi-channel production to guide and support every phase.
  • Lead the Journey: Collaborate with production to manage client feedback, protect creative integrity, and steer delivery from start to finish.

This will suit an experienced AD/SAD with knowledge of both the creative and production services agencies offer their clients. An incredible opportunity to take lead in a growing, global agency with various clients in sectors like Luxury, FMCG, fashion, finance, tech and more.
