Our client, a dynamic and innovative financial services company in the Insurtech and Fintech sectors, is seeking a Junior Analyst to join their thriving team. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of data analysis and financial services, contributing to insightful decision-making processes and strategic business initiatives. Purpose of the role To support the MI & Data team as well as the wider business to ensure data reporting requirements are captured and logged in Dev Ops. To manage stakeholder expectations around timeframes and to work with the wider MI & Data team to deliver projects and adhoc reports out to the business efficiently. Core Role & Responsibilities Work with all key stakeholders within the business (including ExCo and SMT) to capture requirements for new and existing business needs Log all requirements within the Dev Ops project management system Work with the Data Analyst to estimate time expectations for all requirements logged Manage stakeholder expectations Monitor the resource capacity within the team via Dev Ops and report back to the Head of Data & MI if capacity and stakeholder expectations don\’t align Relevant Experience, Skills & Knowledge Required Experience High proficiency with Excel is a key requirement Previous experience with project management or business analysis an advantage Skills High attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively Good written / oral communication skills General IT skills Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills enabling outcomes to be holistic and detailed Must be self-motivated, results-driven and have sense of ownership Ability to understand and identify issues, manage conflicting priorities in an effective manner including the ability to manage client expectations and internal stakeholders Qualifications Degree in a data related course would be a plus Knowledge Knowledge of the financial services market Experience using Intelliflo Office, Dev Ops and Azure based programmes a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
