Business Analyst – M&A Integration Location: United Kingdom (Homebased with occasional travel to offices in the North of the UK) Employment Type: 12-month fixed term (no opportunity for day rate – MUST be PAYE) About the Role Gravitas are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a leading professional services company embarking on major M&A activity over the next 12 months. As the Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the integration of people, systems, and processes across mergers, acquisitions, and separations. You must have a strong background in M&A integrations and a proven ability to manage complex transformation projects. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT You MUST have experience performing Business Analysis for Mergers/Acquisitions/Separations. You MUST have Business Change experience.
