Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and technically strong Release/Application Lead to spearhead the design, build, configuration, and delivery of custom applications. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for application-related matters, leading cross-functional teams to implement robust, scalable, and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities: · Lead Application Development: Oversee the end-to-end application design and build process, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. · Configuration & Release Management: Configure applications and manage release cycles in collaboration with development, QA, and operations teams. · Technical Ownership: Serve as the go-to expert for all technical queries related to application design, architecture, and deployment. · Solutioning: Provide technical leadership and solution design for complex projects, combining functional understanding with custom build experience. · Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Work closely with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to identify issues, troubleshoot effectively, and continuously improve system functionality. · Best Practices: Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and trends to ensure application development remains cutting-edge and efficient. Required Skills & Qualifications: · Strong background in application design and development, with hands-on experience in custom build projects. · Expertise in Design & Build Enablement is essential. · Working knowledge of Configuration & Release Management, Solution Architecture, and Responsive/Adaptive Design. · Proven ability to provide clear and sound technical resolutions to complex problems. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and interface with various stakeholders. · Experience in large-scale, complex solutioning across multiple modules or systems is a strong plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
