What you’d be doing in this role As our Producer, you’ll collaborate closely with the whole European Performance Marketing team to take ideas from concept to launch – ensuring campaigns run smoothly, on time, and at a high level of craft. You’ll partner with designers, copywriters, strategists, and freelancers to manage timelines, budgets, and briefs – helping to streamline the creative process and bring to life work that shapes Canva’s perception in Europe. This is a role for someone who thrives on collaboration and loves turning great ideas into polished, real-world work. You’ll lead production across a range of projects but primarily performance marketing. Organisation is key, but so is intuition. You’ll need to navigate shifting priorities, overlapping workstreams, and fast-moving feedback with calm and clarity – always focused on getting the best creative out into the world. You can learn more about our brand here: Canva Brand | Home At the moment, this role is focused on: Manage marketing campaigns and always-on performance marketing content from creative production through delivery Help manage relationships with key production vendors to ensure they’re on budget and execution is flawless (e.g. assets are built to spec) Be a highly tactical operator, detail-oriented with a passion for project management, creative development and client liaison. Be proactive in finding opportunities to improve and build on processes and systems to help mobilise a fast-growing, global team Manage the intake of project requests through maintenance and ongoing management of the project & team resource management system Works with Operations Lead, Marketing & Creative Leads to prioritise projects and determine appropriate resourcing solutions Assist with regular cross-functional communications and relationship building with key cross-functional partners You\’re probably a match if You have a relevant BA/BS degree You have proven professional experience in marketing production at Creative Agencies or Production organisations You have experience in Project Management and Creative Resourcing Tools such as Monday, Jira & Slack You’re a cross-functional doer with experience working in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment You have the ability to take in new inputs and direct the team with confidence.
