Due to expansion and growth, permanent positions have arisen for Welder/Fabricators. Please note that the main base for this role will be North Lanarkshire (Temp - Perm).
Rate of Pay: Days £22 per hour + Overtime (Dependant on experience). Pay Model: CIS / Umbrella.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all fabrications meet the required specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with welders and other team members to ensure efficient project completion.
- Maintain and care for fabrication equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Comply with health and safety procedures, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven Fabrication experience within the industry.
- Strong understanding of reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Proficient with fabrication tools and machinery.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Relevant fabrication qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
