A high performing, award-winning, global Hedge Fund are hiring a London based senior operations analyst. As the most senior analyst on the team, the hire will lead BAU for the firm’s main strategy. The hire will be the main point of contact for the investment team (industry leading PM’s/Traders in this space). With most back office / operations tasks outsourced, hands-on tasks are highly analytical and/or focused on oversight (for what is produced externally) – the hire can expect to manage relationships with multiple external service providers.
Project work is highly prominent - the hire will have an opportunity to be taught VBA, SQL and Python to take part in major buildout initiatives. As a minimum, he/she will project manage juniors on existing projects.
Candidates should have 5-10 years experience in hedge fund / IB / prop trading operations. Strong academics and tech skills are essential.
The role is paying an £85-115k base salary range and a 50% bonus potential for a top performer. The firm will fully subsidise industry qualifications. Breakfast and lunch + gym membership are fully subsidised.
