Main duties of the job Day to day support to the other manager. Ensure the efficient running of the reception, appointment bookings whilst monitoring demand. Overseeing medical record management. Point of contact for queries. Attend meetings as required. Manage any patient feedback and/or complaints. Assist in recruitment, inductions and training. Manage rotas and absence management. Monitor compliance.
