You will have full autonomy in how you want to build your team. Responsibilities Set up own function and push to take the business forward. Help build a strong dynamic team of junior energy brokers. You will be the Head of this department, so mentoring and leadership are vital to this role. Collaborate with other professionals. Skills Knowledge of the energy market.
