Regulatory Solicitor – Health and Safety – Bristol We are seeking a talented and experienced regulatory solicitor with at least 2 years\’ PQE. This regulatory team deals with health and safety regulatory matters and is based in Bristol on a hybrid basis. The Role: Providing expert legal advice and support on Health & Safety regulatory matters to clients from a range of sectors including healthcare, government, infrastructure, higher education, transport, energy, and more. Advising on matters regarding health and safety, fire safety, building safety, white-collar crime, and environmental law. Maintaining and growing existing client relationships and creating new ones via business development. Qualifications: You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 2 years\’ PQE in regulatory work – ideally in health & safety, compliance, criminal investigations, enforcement, and litigation. Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation, regulations, and best practices. Ideally, you will have experience in advising and supporting local authorities regarding criminal regulatory offences. On Offer: Great salary and benefits package.
