Primary responsibilities: Work closely with the Retail Operations Manager to manage all business development and reporting activities. Ensure all reports are completed in a timely manner. Organize and analyze data from available sources to support retail reporting, projects, and initiatives. Assist in analyzing marketing plans and opportunities to achieve sales and profitability targets. Ensure the successful execution of Retail Initiatives programs. Monitor business performance regularly. Review and monitor store reports for all stores on an ongoing basis to propose corrective actions to improve business efficiency. Initiate measures to optimize business opportunities across all areas, focusing on cost control (e.g., POP store business, Atrium sales). Create analysis, recommendations, and presentations to support retail initiatives and projects. Develop standard templates, scorecards, and benchmarking tools across all stores. Present retail analysis findings to internal teams and APAC contacts. Coordinate with different departmental teams to achieve better business outcomes. Manage the yearly budget process, review POS data, and prepare reports for the following year. Perform data segmentation analysis to support promotional campaigns and program improvements.
