We are partnering with a prominent global insurance and professional services organization to find a Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Administrator for their London-based team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in managing SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive to make an impact on a variety of collaboration tools within a growing company. The role will involve working closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and third-party partners to ensure the continued performance, security, and adoption of these platforms and providing 3rd line support across Microsoft collaboration platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Administer and configure Microsoft Collaboration platforms, including SharePoint (Server and Online), Teams, and OneDrive
- Act as a go-to expert for all matters related to Microsoft Collaboration tools across the organization
- Stay informed on industry trends and the evolving role of collaboration tools, particularly within the insurance space
- Oversee platform maintenance and provide advanced troubleshooting to resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and identity management standards
- Develop and maintain user permissions, governance policies, and training materials to drive platform adoption
What You’ll Need:
- 8+ years technical experience, specifically working with Microsoft 365
- Strong experience with SharePoint Server Farms and Online
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 security best practices and data protection
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation for administrative tasks
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
