An experienced Warranty Administrator is wanted on a full-time basis, with prior automotive/road transport experience being essential.
Responsibilities of a Warranty Administrator:
- Assist the Aftersales Manager
- Submitting accurate warranty and goodwill claims
- Applying the policy and procedures correctly to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Monitor warranty reports
- Achieve industry-led standards of processing efficiency and cost control
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry guidelines are put into place
