We provide kind, compassionate, and patient support that ensures the client feels comfortable and safe in our care. We strive to make a positive difference through tailored care and support. We have a robust but fast registration process and induction, and we offer all staff a variety of learning & development opportunities.
Role requirements:
- You must have 1 year of Complex Healthcare Assistant experience working in a health or social care setting.
- Fluent oral and written English language skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Driving license preferred.
- Commitment to quality care and support.
You will be providing care and support to an adult and helping them access the community and college. The individual needs include:
- Tracheostomy management and tube replacement.
- Suction & nebulisers.
- Nutritional and hydration assistance.
- Support with ADLs and promote independence.
Salary: Β£14.00-Β£16.00 per hour.
