The post holder will facilitate and supervise safe and effective care whilst supporting the ward manager in delivering day to day operational management of the unit and ensure safe nursing outcomes and key performance objectives are met. Main duties of the job To work as senior nurse supporting the delivery of safe, evidenced based nursing care within CDU; and supporting the ward manager in the delivery of key performance and quality measures.
