We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer with a background in managing SaaS environments, especially focused on Microsoft 365 and device management solutions. This role is 100% remote.
About the Role:
You will help support and deliver key IT projects, maintaining and improving our internal network, systems, and security.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting office networks and resolving any issues with mobile device management (MDM).
- Designing a secure Microsoft 365 environment and automating laptop deployment using Microsoft tools like Autopilot and Intune.
- Maintaining knowledge of Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and SaaS products.
- Offering innovative tech solutions, performing system upgrades, and handling third-level IT support.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in a similar IT role, with strong networking skills (VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls, etc.).
- Deep knowledge of Windows; MacOS experience is a plus.
- Experience with SaaS, IaaS, and leading IT projects.
- Expertise with Microsoft Azure AD, Intune, Autopilot, and SSO migrations.
- Familiarity with automation tools and PowerShell scripting.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with API integrations and automating Apple device deployments.
