Our client, a top-tier law firm, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their Dispute Resolution / Competition team. The role involves: Legal research, including drafting notes on said research for internal and client audiences. Assisting with the management and maintenance of the case file (on iManage and Google Drive), bundles, and (eventually) a disclosure database. Creating document bundles. Assisting with time-recording and billing. Proofreading, finalising, and sending out correspondence. First level document review for disclosure. Updating task lists and creating agendas for client calls. Note taking during client/expert meetings and witness proofing sessions. Cite-checking and proofreading submissions, witness statements, expert reports, and other documents. Summarising evidence/reports from related, parallel proceedings. This is an ongoing temp role; therefore, applicants must be available for at least 3 months, with a view to this role lasting until at least the end of the summer.
