FutureGen Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading property firm to find an experienced Senior Planning Consultant to join their dynamic planning team in Southampton.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on residential, rural, and agricultural planning schemes – from strategic site promotion through to complex appeals.
The Role You’ll be involved in:
- Planning applications for rural, agricultural, and housing developments
- Promoting sites through Local Plans
- Representing clients in planning appeals (written reps, hearings, inquiries)
- Working directly with developers, landowners, and rural clients
About You
- MRTPI (or working towards it)
- Strong knowledge of UK planning system
- Confident handling applications, appeals, and local plan work
- Excellent communication & project management skills
