In what will be a standalone cross-portfolio role, we are looking for a strategic and pragmatic problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can make sound decisions quickly, and influences effectively across diverse stakeholder groups. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to drive actionable business improvements and implement meaningful changes.
Skills
More specifically, you will partner with the investment team to develop and deliver elements of the portfolio-wide value creation strategy, providing insight into performance and identifying key areas of focus. This will involve project management of pivotal projects on topics such as AI, Cyber, Data Management, Portfolio C-Suite activities and Team & Talent development. The ideal candidate will currently be working in a consulting, operations related or restructuring role in a major accountancy or consulting firm. Most importantly, the successful candidate will have demonstrable pace and a proven ability to get things done.
