Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal

An opportunity for a Conveyancing Assistant to join us at a well-regarded modern law firm. The firm are in an exciting growth phase and have recently taken on a very strong Head of Department. Work alongside a team of 8 others enjoying a bonus scheme based on good performance and flexibility in your role dependent on experience. You will assist on all aspects or residential property matters. You will assist experienced fee earners on all aspects or their caseload. Including but not limited to:

• Liaising with clients
• Keeping data and case management system up to date
• Document Preparation
• Prepare the completion packs
• Be responsible for completions

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience in a conveyancing department. Demonstrating good organisational skills and being determined to progress.Benefits:
