Data Analyst – Credit Management Location: Tachbrook Park, Warwick Hybrid working – minimum of two days on site per week Positions available: 1 x Full-Time, Permanent Are you passionate about data-driven decision-making and optimising financial performance? We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Customer experience team at Tachbrook Park, Warwick. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape strategy, drive insights, and improve processes through robust reporting and data analysis. About the Role: As a Data Analyst in Credit Management, you will be responsible for: Designing and executing daily reports to drive performance and decision-making Analysing collections data to identify key trends and insights that enhance strategy Developing data-driven solutions to improve collections efficiency and customer debt journeys Collaborating with operational teams to optimise processes using data Enhancing data flows and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP) to achieve best practices Key Skills & Experience: Essential: Strong SQL skills with experience in analysing and identifying trends to drive performance Proven experience in supporting operational teams with data insights to shape strategy Ability to simplify complex concepts and influence decision-making Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Track record of continuous improvement in data and reporting processes Highly organised, able to manage priorities and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills Understanding of GDPR and data compliance responsibilities Full UK driving licence Must live within a commutable distance to Warwick due to potential requirement for further on-site collaboration. Desirable: Experience of ERP data & reporting solutions (SAP S/4HANA, Power BI) Experience working with Salesforce Hands-on experience with SQL query tools (TOAD Data Point, SQL Server Management Studio) Please note: We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role, so applicants must already have the right to live and work in the UK.
