Job Description – Assistant Bid Manager (01103) Job Number: 01103 Outline of the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual interested in pursuing a career in Bid Management. You will support Bid Managers throughout the bid process and take responsibility for less complex bids. You will learn to use best practice techniques to ensure proposals are compliant and compelling, maximizing our chances of success. The role requires high-quality standards and clear articulation of Farrans\’ value proposition. This position is within our Civil Engineering Pre-Contract team, which includes professional bid managers, estimators, and writers. You will collaborate to prepare project submissions across various civil engineering sectors, typically ranging from £10m to over £50m. Our Pre-Contract department is vital to the company\’s success. We will support your development, including achieving certification with the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).
