Key Responsibilities: Work with in-house and outsourced teams to create and maintain systems. Improve end-to-end functionality by reviewing current processes and advising on future IT systems and components. Implement solutions to ensure client service systems interact effectively. Troubleshoot key issues. Collaborate with internal/external teams to ensure technical solutions are implemented securely and effectively. Key Requirements: Strong experience using SQL and VBA to build and maintain databases. Strong experience with Microsoft Access. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Experience creating and managing projects. Understanding of business context and technological solutions, including industry architecture frameworks.
