Are you looking to gain valuable experience in community arts and participation project management within a music or higher education environment? The Royal Academy of Music has a vacancy for an Assistant in our acclaimed Community and Participation department, with effect from September 2025. Open Academy works strategically with partners including music education hubs, community settings and arts organisations to deliver a range of creative projects that connect Academy students with the world around them. You will work closely with Open Academy staff, supporting the smooth delivery of departmental classes, projects and events both on and offsite. You will deal with enquiries from staff, students, freelancers, partner organisations and the public and provide general administrative support. This is a professional development position and would be an ideal opportunity for someone looking for their first role in arts administration. You will have a good general education and an enthusiasm to contribute to our busy team.
