Role OverviewWe’re looking for a full stack Head of Growth to own and accelerate our go-to-market engine. You’ll define and execute strategies across demand generation, partnerships, product-led growth, and user engagement to fuel top-line expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning: Develop and lead the end-to-end growth roadmap (acquisition, activation, retention, upsell).Demand Generation: Own paid channels (PPC, social, display), content marketing, SEO, and more.Product-Led Growth: Partner with Product to build in-app hooks, referral loops, onboarding flows, and expansion motions.Data & Analytics: Establish and track KPIs (CAC, LTV, MRR expansion, conversion funnels); conduct A/B tests to optimize channels and messaging.Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performance growth team covering marketing ops, content, paid acquisition, and partner management.What You BringExperience with growth or marketing leadership at a SaaS company.Proven track record scaling pipelines from mid-market to enterprise.Deep expertise across paid media, SEO, content, PLG, and partnerships.Excellent communication skills and ability to align cross-functional teams.Hands-on mentality with a bias for action in a fast-paced startup environment.Experience and interest in latest AI & Automation tools and systems.
