As a Customer Service Assistant within Retail, you will: Provide travel assistance, information, and guidance to ensure customers are well-informed and confident in their travel. Assist with travel needs, offer reassurance, and provide accurate journey advice. Guide customers through ticket purchasing, assist with timetable inquiries, manage queues, and support ticket machine usage for efficient service. Full training will be provided for this role.
