However, our focus is more on infrastructure than software.Leadership experience – project and programme management experienceClient lead experience – experience of being consulting lead at a client Exposure to the full delivery lifecycle, from early stage (business case development, project initiation) through delivery and onto close-out, transition to operations and benefits realisation.Experience working at multiple clients / on a variety of projects.
