We’re hiring a Technical CRM Automation Manager to lead the execution of highly personalised, data-driven lifecycle campaigns for a fast-growing, mission-led membership business with over 4 million users. This role sits within a dynamic CRM team and owns everything from journey setup to performance tracking in Braze. You’ll be hands-on with campaign logic, segmentation, APIs, and Liquid — building scalable, multi-channel customer journeys that are personal, timely, and impactful.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build and optimise automated lifecycle campaigns in Braze across email, push, and in-app
  • Use custom events, Liquid logic, and segmentation to power dynamic, real-time personalisation
  • Manage Braze integrations with product and data systems; work closely with Tech/Product on API-triggered comms
  • Maintain a library of modular content blocks to help the wider CRM team build efficiently
  • Set up, track, and report on performance metrics like engagement, conversions, and A/B tests
  • Take ownership of test design, documentation, and insight-sharing across the lifecycle journey

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in CRM automation or lifecycle marketing
  • Deep hands-on experience with Braze, including Connected Content and Liquid
  • Strong technical skills across APIs, data feeds, and complex campaign logic
  • Confident working across channels (email, push, in-app) and troubleshooting integration issues
  • Detail-focused, curious, and proactive — someone who takes ownership and finds smart solutions

Join a high-impact, values-led team where your work drives meaningful engagement and supports key workers across the UK. If you’re fluent in Braze and love building smart, personalised campaigns — we’d love to hear from you.
