Client Services - Due Diligence Analyst (London Area)

The Opportunity: A global multi-strategy hedge fund is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join its Client Services team, with a primary focus on investor due diligence. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of client engagement, operations, and investment communications within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Act as a central point of contact for investor due diligence requests (including DDQs, RFIs, RFPs), collaborating across internal teams including investment, legal, compliance, risk, and operationsPrepare, review, and maintain due diligence materials, data rooms, and standardized documentationSupport the onboarding of institutional investors, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of informationAssist in coordinating and preparing for investor meetings, onsite diligence sessions, and operational assessmentsTrack due diligence workflows and help implement process improvements and controlsMaintain a deep understanding of firm strategies, operational infrastructure, and regulatory obligationsKey Requirements:1-3 years of experience in a client service, investor relations, RFP/DDQ, or due diligence-related role within hedge funds, asset management, or financial servicesStrong working knowledge of hedge fund structures, investment operations, and institutional client expectationsExcellent writing and communication skills, with sharp attention to detail and organizational abilityConfidence working under pressure and managing multiple deadlines across teamsFamiliarity with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and due diligence software (e.g., Qvidian, RFPio, Salesforce, or similar)
