Job Opportunity: Customer Service Appointment Advisor Are you great on the phone? Do you consider yourself a good negotiator? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you near Huyton. Position Details: Full-time, temp-to-perm role Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm £13.33 per hour plus bonus (up to £500) On-site training and support provided Role Responsibilities: Talking through orders with customers and checking progress Upselling on orders Beating sales targets by engaging with warm leads and discussing flooring products for homes and gardens The ideal candidate will enjoy talking to people, naturally excel at sales, and be comfortable discussing products eloquently. Your role is to ensure customer satisfaction, fulfill current orders, and book as many appointments as possible each week. Location: Near Huyton train station About You: You should have previous experience in a call centre or customer service role, with proven negotiating skills and the ability to sell confidently to customers, even if they are initially uninterested.
