With a OTE of £60K + within the first year this position will suit ambitious and driven graduates wanting to make their stamp on the market. The Role: Sourcing top tier candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and networking. Developing and maintaining strong, long lasting relationships with candidates and clients, constantly expanding your talent pool and network. Understanding clients and their specific needs Develop an in-depth market knowledge in your sector to establish yourself as a strong recruiter within the space.
