Join a well-established and high-performing team, working directly with respected senior bankers and blue-chip clients across the media and advertising ecosystem. This is a hands-on execution role offering extensive exposure to high-profile sell-side M&A transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead execution of UK-focused M&A sell-side deals in media, advertising, and marketing
- Perform in-depth company and industry research, valuations, and financial modelling
- Prepare compelling pitch and transaction materials, including management presentations and client reports
- Conduct critical analysis of financial statements and commercial data
- Play an active role in business development, building client relationships and spotting market opportunities
- Mentor junior team members and support internal training initiatives
- Take part in strategic planning and team leadership, including recruitment and resourcing
- Act as a key liaison with other service lines across the business
- 6+ years of M&A sell-side execution experience
- Must be ACA qualified from a Big 4 firm (Deal Advisory or Transaction Services)
- Minimum 2:1 from a top university with a strong academic record
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and client communication abilities
