We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Global People Operations Manager to build the systems, structure, and insights that will power our next phase of growth. As we scale through acquisitions, your work will be essential in harmonizing our people practices and delivering a unified employee experience across all locations.
What You’ll Do
- Operational Leadership
- Shape People Operations across all locations, covering compensation, benefits, engagement, and performance.
- Design and roll out scalable processes for OKRs, workforce planning, budgeting, and salary benchmarking.
- Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure payroll, employment law, and compliance across 5+ countries.
- Support integration of acquired companies by standardizing people processes and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Deliver people analytics, KPIs, and workforce insights to leadership and the executive team.
- Build frameworks and tools that support a consistent, high-quality employee experience across borders.
- Drive group-wide People initiatives with occasional international travel.
- Contribute to building our global People roadmap in collaboration with senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- CIPD Level 5 or higher
- Strong analytical mindset; confident working with data, KPIs, and workforce metrics
- 5-10 years of experience in People Operations or HR roles within companies of 100+ employees
- Proven experience with OKRs, budgeting, salary benchmarking, and managing operational complexity across borders
- Experience supporting M&A integration or harmonizing people practices post-acquisition is a strong plus
- Familiarity with HR practices in the UK, EU, and/or US markets
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments, balancing strategy and execution
- Based in the UK with flexibility to travel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
