About the Role

As a Project Landscape Architect, you’ll be a core part of the design process, turning creative vision into reality through well-coordinated, technically robust design work. You’ll take ownership of projects at key stages, liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors, and mentoring junior colleagues as needed. This is a hands-on role that balances conceptual thinking with delivery detail, and it offers a real opportunity to grow within a forward-thinking, design-led practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver thoughtful, well-documented landscape architecture projects
  • Prepare planning submissions, technical drawings, and specifications
  • Oversee project coordination with internal and external teams
  • Support junior team members and resolve on-site queries
  • Ensure high standards are maintained from design to delivery

About You

You’re either chartered or working towards chartership, with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for landscape design that’s both impactful and technically sound. You’re confident handling key project stages and thrive in collaborative environments.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Landscape Architecture (Master’s preferred)
  • Chartered or near-chartered (CMLI or equivalent)
  • Strong design and delivery skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and stakeholder input
  • Strong communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
