At CGL we pride ourselves on being different, unique and true experts in our field. As a Graduate at CGL you will be involved in all aspects of a project from “cradle to grave”, gaining real experience of all stages of a project within a supportive team. You will gain exposure to a wide range of geological settings and ground hazards whilst working on a wide variety of projects across the UK. You will be assigned to our Southwest office, but you may be working away from home for periods of time.
Our dynamic CGL team is involved in projects of all shapes and sizes, from large scale infrastructure projects to local commercial and residential developments. We are a small friendly team, with home grown managers. Training and development are key to us and you will be enrolled on CGL's Graduate Academy with other graduates from across the company. We will ensure you have supported development and a structured path to Chartership if this is a path you wish to take.
