The Role

As a team member, your role will involve greeting and serving customers, preparing the counter and various cuts of meat, and assisting customers with their purchases while providing product knowledge. You will be responsible for maintaining the preparation areas, including the counter and pre-pack sections, conducting product sampling, and ensuring proper stock rotation and price reductions. Duties also include receiving deliveries, completing associated paperwork, distributing special offer materials, and performing general cleaning tasks. Additionally, you will participate in internal training and support the management team as needed.
