We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Carers to join our team. If you have a passion for helping others and want to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents, we would love to hear from you.
Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help residents with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Administer medications as directed and maintain accurate medication records.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behaviour to the nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including tidying rooms and communal areas.
- Participate in care planning and attend staff meetings as required.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for residents.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role is preferred.
- A caring and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is an advantage.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality care.
- Must have working rights in the UK.
