Technical Architect

Established over 15 years ago, this residential developer who offer hybrid working and excellent career progression are responsible for some of London's most prominent housing developments.

Position:

Acting as the client, this studio has gained successful planning for a super prime multi-unit housing led development in zone 1. Set to be a landmark project and their most important to date in terms of scale and location, you will be working from planning to successful completion in a hands on role across production and coordination of technical information and site supervision, collaborating closely with their in house project management and construction teams.

Candidate:

The successful candidate will be an architect or equivalent with strong experience of large scale multi unit housing developments in the UK, ideally London. You will be an avid technical problem solver who enjoys getting into the details, with strong experience modelling and working up packages of facade and shell and core. This studio are using ArchiCAD however are open to candidates who use BIM (Revit).

Studio:

This multi-disciplinary team of architects, interior designers, design, project and construction managers offer a full in house service from acquisition right through to sales. Acting as client and developer they believe in a cohesive and highly collaborative way of working that is transforming the housing market to create beautiful, functional and fun places to live. Working hard and efficiently but within a strict 40 hour week this studio encourages everyone to take their own initiative and self direction, which with the support of seniors, offers a very rewarding environment for all to thrive and advance their own careers.
