Product Owner - Casino

Reporting to the Head of Casino and working closely with the business owners, this role will be responsible for managing the Casino Product Development Roadmap as well as overseeing Product Operational tasks. You will be joining our SDLCTeams working on promoting our Casino & Core products, helping enhance our product offering with innovative thinking, features, and promotions through a data-driven approach. This is an exciting time as we continue to grow based on the continuing success since the launch of our product in December 2021. As a Product Owner that is also tasked with ensuring the continued operational excellence of the website, you will be at the forefront of both Product innovation and improving the day-to-day experience of our Customers. The tasks are interesting, challenging, and fast-paced amidst a hardworking and delivery-focused company ethos. Role and Responsibilities Oversee the end to end journey of Casino Product Development initiatives; including a comprehensive Discovery Phase, creation of all necessary requirements (Back-end, Front-End, Data, Design, etc.), estimation gathering, release planning, and post-release performance tracking. Maintain the Casino Product Backlog, ensuring that each item has clear value to the business and is correctly prioritised. Act as the guardian of the Casino Product and be the go-to person for any updates, issues, or questions related to the Casino Product. Manage all new game releases including their positioning and informational distribution to the wider business. Monitor and report on the performance of the Casino commercial and technical KPIs. Collaborate with and support customer-facing/influencing teams such as Marketing, Fraud, and VIP. Perform Competitor Analysis to ensure we remain aware of new products and features that could benefit our business. Identify opportunities for original content, new games, and Providers. Requirements Previous experience in a Product Owner role for an Online Casino. Experience working in regulated and non-regulated markets. Knowledge of the Casino games and Providers. Analytical minded, Data-driven, and strategic thinker. Passion about crypto and knowledge of the crypto trends. 5+ years experience managing a team of highly skilled individuals.
