Base pay range Direct message the job poster from The University of Law At The University of Law, we’re looking for a Senior Student Recruitment Manager to join our Domestic Student Recruitment Department on a permanent basis. This is a strategic position, managing a large team across multiple campuses in the UK. You will be responsible for implementing regional and campus-based recruitment plans and developing market-based business cases for new regional initiatives. Please note: this role involves extensive UK travel (3 days a week) and occasional overnight stays. Responsibilities Implement strategies to meet lead generation and enrolment targets. Ensure data capture from all regional events to feed marketing pipelines. Support regional teams in developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Identify and develop partnership opportunities for Law and non-law programmes. Monitor and evaluate recruitment activities, focusing on ROI. Candidate Profile We seek candidates with strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with professional experience in a business or commercial environment, and an understanding of the Higher Education sector. Experience managing client/stakeholder relationships. Organising and managing extensive events programs. Commercially focused, data-driven, and target-oriented. Excellent communication skills across diverse backgrounds and cultures. Knowledge of sales and marketing with strong business acumen.
