You will proactively engage with prospective learners, guiding and supporting them throughout their enrolment journey, managing high volumes of enquiries, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining excellent customer service. Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge. Respond proactively to web enquiries, referrals, and leads within service levels. Provide information on ICA products, guide customers through enrolment, and promote training benefits and career progression. Support customers in submitting expressions of interest, reviewing eligibility, and verifying evidence. Use multi-channel outbound methods to maximise learner recruitment, lead conversion, and retention. Collaborate with Marketing to implement recruitment strategies and support briefing events. Strive to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Work with the Enrolment team for seamless onboarding. Ensure website course information is accurate in collaboration with Marketing and Learning Support teams. Complete supplier contracts and onboarding documentation. Role Benefits and Challenges This customer-facing role offers the chance to guide learners through their training journey and promote ICA products globally. The main challenge is managing a high volume of calls, emails, and chats, requiring strong communication and organisational skills, as well as self-motivation. Essential and Desirable Skills Must have: Experience handling high volumes of inbound/outbound communications. Experience working towards targets and service levels. Strong customer service and proactive communication skills. Good organisational skills for managing multiple enquiries. Motivation to handle high call/chat volumes. It’s a plus if you have experience with operational systems. Additional Information You must have permission to work in the role’s location by the start of employment.
