Senior Finance Analyst

Join one of the UK’s leading commercial law firms in a newly created Senior Finance Analyst role, ideal for a practice-trained ACA seeking their first or second move in industry. This is a high-impact position, working closely with senior leadership to drive commercial decision-making across practice groups. The firm is known for its strong internal culture, high-performing finance team, and ambitious growth strategy across both UK and international markets. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business heads to deliver data-led insights and drive commercial performance. Produce high-quality financial analysis, scenario modelling, and KPI reporting. Support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes. Identify areas for revenue and margin optimisation across service lines. Assist with pricing strategy, client profitability, and financial planning initiatives. About You: ACA qualified (preferably Top 10 trained), with 2–4 years’ PQE. Strong analytical mindset with commercial acumen and curiosity. Experience in professional services or legal sector advantageous but not essential. Excellent stakeholder management and confident communication skills. Strong Excel/Power BI skills with a focus on turning numbers into narrative.
