Maintenance Electrician

My client is a prestigious and luxury brand with a reputation for excellence globally.
The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.
They are currently looking for an experienced Electrician to join their maintenance engineering team.
Responsibilities: Reacts to requests from the Management team and other operating departments to assess and repair where possible faults with all aspects of the buildings including HVAC, lighting & small power issues, plumbing problems Installation of additional electrical circuits Undertakes and records regular Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme Temperature checks of water systems as specified in the site Water Risk Assessments Fire alarm testing, fire equipment checks, meter readings, running generator, etc Carries out Health & Safety testing to include the Control of Legionella, Portable Appliance Testing, Emergency Lighting testing etc Experience & Qualifications Required: Must be eligible to work within the UK
– essential Must be time served Electrician, preferable completed 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
– essential Able to carry out Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
– preferred Some understanding and awareness of Heating ,Ventilation & Air Conditioning systems Good all round knowledge of electrical distribution systems
– essential Building Management Systems experience Requires understanding and using various hand tools, electrical tools, and test and inspection equipment
– essential Must be able to work a flexible working pattern over 7 days
